LOW FAT FOOD CHOICES

Eventhough there are many ways people find to lose weight, the ultimate choice of every one is to reduce weight in a healthy way. ie. They dont want to lose their daily energy requirements by avoiding food. They are not interested in doing hard exercises. Forget fad diets or magic pills or powders. When you build your meals from a generous array of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and beans-that is, healthy vegetarian choices-weight loss is surprisingly easy. Along with weight loss will come major improvements in cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, and many other aspects of health.
The plan is simple: Cut out foods high in fat and low in fiber and increase foods low in fat and full of fiber. Choose foods from plant sources. Avoid all animal products and keep vegetable oils to a bare minimum. This low-fat vegetarian approach is safe-and remarkably effective.
The hidden calories in condiments and beverages can sabotage your weight-loss efforts. To avoid this trap, simply be aware of what you're eating and drinking-and make healthier choices.
For salad dressings and condiments, use the non-fat varieties, such as fat-free Italian dressing for salads and mustard for sandwiches.
Coffee and tea are not fattening, but make sure to use non-fat, non-dairy creamers.
Alcoholic beverages used occasionally do not promote weight gain. But avoid creamy beverages such as White Russians and Bailey's Irish Cream.
Minimize sugar.
Nuts, seeds, avocadoes, olives, peanut butter, chocolate (non-dairy), and soy cheese come from plant foods, but are too high in fat to be conducive to weight loss. These foods may be used in modest amounts on rare occasions.
